Truffles are "in", and of course you could count on Sweet Tooth to develop the ultimate confection. We take almonds and roast them with cinnamon and sugar, then grind them to a fine consistency and fold them with dark vanilla chocolate. This is then spread on a layer of milk vanilla chocolate and then covered with our Rich Dark Chocolate. Each Truffle is individual wrapped in foil.
